Simon Payaslian is an Armenian-American historian, author, editor, who holds the Kaloosdian/Mugar Chair in Armenian Genocide Studies and Modern Armenian History at Clark University.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.keghart.com/Apelian-Raffi )〕 He is the holder of the Charles K. and Elizabeth M. He is the nephew of Catholicos Zareh I.
